Poorly managed. Manager forgets the rights of the elderly that live there. You can only get mail at their convenience, come out of your apartment when they say, and with it right behind Safeway vehicles are broken into nightly but management feel that's more important to fence off a garden.

My mom lives there but the waiting list is a mile long. Very hard to get in. I will ask about if they have two bedroom places which I've never seen there as well as the price to rent.
It's run through the Department of Housing Authority across the street from Walmart in Chico
