Seems like a nice place, would just be helpful if the person at the front desk knew how to help register people for tours.

Had a great experience with my scheduled c section. Went in super nervous but was quickly made feel better by nurse Meagan L and Dr. Xu. The nurse went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable before and after. Our nurses after delivery were great too specially Brianna, she helped us a lot as new parents.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience here as we welcomed our daughter to the world. Every person we interacted with was professional and we felt very well taken care of during our stay. The nurses especially were top notch.

There are lovely soaking tubs in each labor room, but it is dependent upon Mom & fetal conditions, individual care providers, and other factors. So, potentially available but no guarantee.
My wife just had a baby last week and they are allowing up to two visitors at a time per day. I was also allowed to spend the night after delivery. I'm not sure if the policy is different for children.
