Wonderful stay. Very clean, nice staff and quiet. Bed and pillows were comfortable, soft, and clean. Water pressure in shower is great as well as the hot water. There were a couple of things I could nit pick, like the stains I found on a towel but that stuff could be easily missed by anyone. Thank you!

Pros: Amazing location minutes away from beaches, staff was responsive with our complaints. Cons: Mold, mold, mold! Musty, disgusting smell in the room and hallways. It was so bad I had a headache from it. Our bathroom was gross when we got to the room with moldy gunk in the sink and shower (front desk sent a cleaner to come deal with it). I'm guessing the huge indoor pool is the culprit but I overall just felt so sick and grossed out by this hotel. They also charge $18/person for breakfast which is *exactly* the same as the complimentary breakfast buffet at lower end hotels. Felt tricked and ripped off.

I had service issues here. Unfortunately, the staff had a "Not My Fault" mentality. I spent over 20 minutes standing at reception to deal with hotel mistakes. Key card didn't open room, so back to reception - "Oh, we'll just give you another one." Incorrect charge on my bill - "The computer does that sometimes, we'll just refund you." Speaking of which, the ladies at reception seemed to be struggling with the computer system - hence the lengthy delays to resolve. I understand that mistakes happen, but own it and apologize for the inconvenience; it goes a long way. I've got better things to be doing than standing at reception getting your errors corrected. On the plus side, room was a good size and comfortable. A/C was effective.
