Service was pretty bad. We had an appointment at 5:30 pm No one check on us for 30 minutes. And they didn't fix the dress the way we requested for. I paid extra for that. Anyway we were all very disappointed.

I just stopped by to be fitted for my bridesmaid dress and had the pleasure of being assisted by Hannah. She addressed all of my concerns...plus a few I hadn't even thought about. I can't wait to see how my alterations turn out!

We had a lovely experience having a consultation with Hannah about when to have the fitting. She advised us to have the shoes picked out and the add on train with us to do all alterations at once. She helped us feel relaxed and to take our time.

Everyone wears masks, there is sanitizer at the front and those helping you will not come into the dressing room with you, but people you bring can come in if you need help!

Dyeable shoes can be done online but only online.
I am having my wedding dress altered at the Winston-Salem location. They request at least 4 weeks during prom season for alterations however, you can pay a fee for rush service depending on what's needed. I haven't gotten my dress back yet so I cannot tell you the quality of work
