I have never seen or heard of a car sales lot that forces you into filling out a credit app. before we talked numbers. There was no way I would allow my credit to be pulled before I agreed on a price. I was also told that the lending institution decides on what price I would be paying and not anyone at the business. Respectfully, you were not there when I was with the salesperson. What I said is what happened. I sold cars for several years and never saw a process like this. I am very familiar with the sales process. She judged me w/o knowing anything about me. I bought a car a few days in Wilson and highly recommend that lot. He was very open and honest and I feel we got a great deal.

Excellent customer service; reasonable people. They will work with you as needed. Tasha and Tim were both friendly. Although I had an issue; all persons were apologetic and worked diligently to resolve the issue. Customer service is the foundation of any business and they mastered this.
