Never expected this from a Hampton! From outside location and property is beautiful, check in was smooth, front desk attendant kind. Rooms are very dark, no lights except 2 lamps, 70s style furniture, extremely loud AC units and the washroom makes me scared..feels like a hospital washroom with bars and chairs. I wish i could post a picture of this washroom! Requested another room when I found out it was a handicap room and was refused service, told I had to deal with it.Going to sleep in my car! Never again!

My guess is this Hampton Inn has been recently renovated / updated. Excellent facility. The hallways are wide, bright and easy to navigate. The room was huge, well laid out with an above average bathroom / shower for any hotel in this price range. I am here for business. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will use this Hampton Inn the next time I am in town. Return visit 7/2022. Still an excellent stay. The only 'complaint' and that is totally the wrong word here, the TV remote likely needed new batteries. Not a big deal at all.....

Pros: Great location on winery property, general clean appearance in common areas, hotel room seemed clean, front desk staff was friendly Needs improvement: very loud air conditioner that doesn't properly dehumidify room, house keeping seems lazy and doesn't use the right bedsheet size and then proceeds to make it sloppy after requesting to have it fixed, trash wasn't taken out/no cleaning was done when requested. We are paying over $200/night during the week to stay here and expect better from this hotel chain. Edit/update: Management helped rectify the situation at the end of our stay, so we feel better that the issue was acknowledged.

Instead say this has been a pleasant workcation. Being able to work and adequately rest too is something needed. The service has been beyond great. The food was amazing. And the wine was just delightful.
