⚠️⚠️⚠️Beware Pump Scam⚠️⚠️⚠️ I stopped at this Pilot Fuel because it's a few cents cheaper than other truck stops.... ***Huge MISTAKE*** Drivers: This Pilot is RIGGING FUEL PUMPS!!! Every fuel isle had rivers of diesel spillage all over the ground... Saturated... Not small spills! I should have known that was a 🚩🚩🚩 **These pumps do NOT have overflow sensors!!* So no matter if you're fueling on the automatic setting, or by hand... These pumps DO NOT RECOGNIZE THAT YOUR TANK IS FULL!!! Hopefully this helps someone (By the way... The manager came out and ADMITTED she doesn't put signs on broken pumps because (direct quote): "Truckers will only roll over the baracade trash cans and continue trying to use broken fuel pumps anyway"

Shower was clean … people was nice …. Need fuel pumps fixed and the parking is out of control… they need someone looking over parking… got dumpsters taking up prime parking and trucks blocking other drivers from getting out

The staff is the bright spot here. They are friendly and helpful. The truck parking lot is in poor condition and is always crowded. The fuel island is in need of a major update.

I stop 1am this pilot truck stop I come to take shower the to night and the screen say 2 shower available won't want to give shower because all dirty shower not one can clean une make Wait to 2am some one come to clean shower 😒 is not right this lady not give me when have to 2 availableThank you for bringing this to our attention. Pay for parking and higher than area avg fuel prices is definitely taking full advantage of the ones that keep their business afloat and is definitely corporate greed, which is why I no longer stop at those chain truck stops..they typically have lower fuel prices anyway and usually better food. Delis etc, vs nasty mcds and Wendy's all the time..nothing better than a big ole fresh sliced deli sandwich and coleslaw..just like any other large empire it will trip and fall over it's own feet (greed).
I have nothing against the store or employees but, it is the hardest place to exit out of.
Ya this one was definatly dirtier than the regular pilot. But let me tell ya.. i love a good truck stop. Keep er clean boys...
Very disgusting location with horrible service for Verizon users. Too many bobtails parked in the front.
They will act like crooks and sell you a spot to park when you run out of hours with no where else to park , They are Greedy Crooks !

The apron is always dirty. I have over a year asked for a discount card. Employees are rude and either say, Dont have em, or go download one. Since I just pass on by.
