An accountant by the name of Annette works for this company and uses her job title to harass a family dealing with the terminal diagnosis of their son. Are your accountants also certified medical professionals who can give advice on treatments used to treat a very aggressive form of brain cancer? This woman's actions are extremely unacceptable and a poor representation of your department. Would not want to work with this department if they support this kind of behavior of their employees.

DEP is a joke I have called over a dozen times with a simple registration question and every time I call they transfer me from person to person all of whom know nothing until eventually they transfer me to someone whose not there. I leave a message and no one returns my call. What are the tax payers paying these people for absolutely outrageous. Also if you don't have some obscure license or paper work correct they fine you. How is anyone supposed to get anything done.
