I was very pleased with the level of service. The resource who dropped was very professional and made sure that he was careful in the placement so as to not damage the driveway. I have used Bin There Dump That's dumpsters twice now and am very happy with their service. Their pricing is very competitive and it's great to have a week to complete a project. Whenever speaking with their staff they are very courteous and helpful. I also appreciate that they clarify up-front what will be going in the dumpster, to help avoid any unexpected fees. The prorated charge for going over the standard tonnage is very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again.

Our post job clean up is our way of ensuring no mess is left behind after a pick up of a dumpster. The driver sweeps underneath the dumpster and around it after picking the dumpster up.
Our driveway protection means that we lay down plywood underneath the dumpster to prevent any scratches or cracks.
Yes you can! It will be an additional cost to keep it longer than 7 days, which is $15 a day.
No you do not have to be home for a delivery or pick up, all we ask is to make sure the driveway is clear upon pick up and delivery.
We do deliveries and pick ups Monday through Saturday, Sundays are the only day we are closed.
Yes we do offer same day delivery upon availability.
Unfortunately it is not refundable, but we can pick up the dumpster before the 7 days are over.
We prefer to have customers pay at the time of scheduling the dumpster but you are more than welcomed to call back and pay before the dumpster is delivered!
We certainly can. Our dumpsters are perfect for commercial applications because of their small footprint. All of our sizes fit in 1 parking space. 9 tons is the maximum amount of weight we allow. That is plenty for most commercial projects.
Not typically. We provide the best service and value of any dumpster company already. We may be able to give discounts for customers who rent multiple dumpsters. We can discuss this in further detail if you call our office.
The maximum weight limit is 9 tons. The 6 yard comes with 1 ton included, the 10 yd comes with 2 tons included, the 15 yd comes with 3 tons included and the 20 yd comes with 4 tons included. If you go over those weights it is $60 per ton prorated. Very rarely does anyone go over the weight.
We accept credit and debit cards over the phone. We can accept checks with a copy of a photo ID sent in ahead of time and a picture of the check. If you are in a bind we can accept cash but we need a credit card on file first.
