This was my 1st visit/service. I drive all the way from Woodstock for a 7am appointment. They were on time, professional, had a great attitude for that early service and completed my hair in 3.5 hours. I got small knotless braids with a color and bohemian curls added in. I love it and will definitely be back. Thank you❤️

Very dissatisfied with the way my crochet hair turned out! Lou knew she didn't complete my entire head and yet she charged me the full price. I woke up the next day with a headache because she tried to sow the back of the hair tightly so it would look like it was full in the back. When i looked in the mirror i saw where she didn't complete my hair at all. She ran the thread across zigzag so I wouldn't be able to tell.I was unable to pin my hair up because of the way she braided it also. I feel sorry for people that try to get over on customers.

I’ve only been to two braiders. They are good. Luopou is nice and professional 😊 The four stars are for every braid shop under the sun 😕 can y’all update ( better chairs for long periods of seating, a real operating wash bowl, a customer friendly restroom, updated pictures 🙄, etc…) for a fresher more comfortable/clean feel and look? I regret the standards haven’t been set so low for such pricey services.
