I highly recommend First Health on Salisbury St, Asheboro, NC!! I went to First Health on a Sunday, 8/7/22 and was diagnosed with Covid. The facility is extremely clean, everyone was super friendly from the front desk to the medical staff!! The P.A. ordered my chest x-ray, Covid test and an inhaler AND she also knew NOT to put me on Covid Pills because of medications I am on! This was the MOST important CALL she made!! If she had not known that it could’ve been detrimental in my case. I’m very grateful for her experience and knowledge of Covid medication‘s and the virus itself! I will definitely be going back when my primary doctor is not available!!

Wouldn’t take me because my IDENTIFICATION CARD was “a few months expired” but i’m sure that has nothing to do with the fact that it was 30 minutes before closing. I left work because my entire finger is swollen & purple from an infected spider bite. As I was trying to explain that to her, she kept rudely interrupting me saying that she couldn’t take me. I felt completely uncomfortable & unwelcome. Front desk woman gets a 0/10 for me.

I’ve taken both my son and daughter here for medical treatment since it was on the weekend and their primary care office was closed. Both times we have got the best care. They listen and understand. I only gave 4 stars because the older woman at the front desk was snippy, kind of hateful when checking in and providing insurance info etc.

They are so fast and have helped my large family so much. Staff is so nice. Never have had one problem. I would recommend them to everyone. I would rather pay extra to see them then go to my PC dr
