I don't rent a place here but I'm trying to get info on any available units. Yet, despite how many emails I've sent, NO ONE WILL RESPOND! And it's not just me. Others have tried to connect with the owner/ manager and no one will answer them either. That's why the 1 star.

Management changes so much you can't even get in. Then management tried to put me in a handicap unit which I do not need, so I refused. Daniel promised to put me on the next 1 bedroom. But he canceled me instead. NON PROFESSIONAL Just saying. (

I believe the application is 20 or $24. Then you're on a waiting list I believe they said 6 months to a year. yes it is income-based
