From outside: The apartment buildings and surrounding scenery is very cozy and looks great year-round. It's a pretty safe and quiet area. From the inside: The apartments are well-maintained due to the on-site maintenance team and the amount of work the landlord puts into upgrading the apartment. Although the 1brs are quite roomy (possibly except for the kitchen), the 2brs are worth the additional pay (since it is not a huge price increase).

My experience at Tower Hill Landings was very positive. It was my first apartment on my own and I could not be happier to have picked this community. From day one, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. A quiet and well-maintained community, Tower Hill Landings has proven to be very safe for families and close to several amenities. I loved my one bedroom apartment and the privacy it offered; if I ever had an issue, the maintenance was quick to respond and friendly. Kristy, the manager, in particular has always gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests. In addition to the quick response times, Kristy personally reached out to me to make sure that any maintenance requests, general concerns or just about anything I needed was taken care of. I strongly encourage all current residents and future residents to reach out to the professional team here as they never failed to make my stay pleasant. I unfortunately, had to leave due to a new job location but would be back in a heartbeat if the opportunity presented itself. Furthermore, Tower Hill Landings is a growing community and I would strongly encourage you to visit it and meet the staff if you are looking for a new home.

I’ve lived here for almost five years. I am 67 years old, and if it weren’t for my declining health, I would live here until the day I die! I’ve never been treated like family before anywhere I have ever lived, until now! Cudos to our property manager, Kristy, who was there for me since I first showed up at Tower Hill Landings. As a prospective renter, I have contacted basically every housing facility in the state of RI and I have yet to encounter a more helpful, responsive, kind, or professional team. In less than 24 hours I had a response from Ren with all the information I needed and was able to schedule an appointment that same day to come in and view apartment photos and talk options. All three women I dealt with in the office were friendly and warm and answered every question my boyfriend and I had. We are hoping to get approved to live in this wonderful community!
