Cold stone has better prices AND they don’t make you wait as 1 girl out of 3 (all in uniform) serves a family, while the other two stand there pretending you don’t exist. We waited awkwardly for the family to be done since it seemed like nobody wanted to help us and just chose to chat with one another. Also I don’t expect someone to pretend to be happy as they serve you, but I would expect to not get attitude for just being there from that short girl. Let me know when this place is under new management and staff…

The clerk refused to acknowledge us as we waited some 15 minutes to order our cones . We were the only customers other than a woman waiting to order. We left and went to Dairy Queen

WORST PLACE EVER! The workers won't even talk to you if you dont put a mask on. I got the worst icecream flavor because the workers can't give me a sample but they can make my icecream. Prices are way to high. They charge you for the cone. I recommend never coming here.
