Excellent food matched with great, friendly service!! Waitress was very attentive. Our food took a little while but we were entertained by all the sports options to watch and conversation. Food came out hot and delicious. We had lemon pepper dry rub wings, a couple of the burgers and onion rings. All excellent! We will definitely return here when visiting again!

Service was horrible, 15 minutes to get drinks and we have 2 small kids. Waitress never checked the back for our food so appetizers came out at same time. Managers walk around with nose in the air. Food was good though

Just saw yourself a hassle and go somewhere else. We waited 15 minutes to be sat only to see the entire dining room open with only 7 or 8 booths being used (not a huge deal to be honest but on top of everything else, annoying). We were sat in a booth for a table of 5 and a high chair so it was cramped. We ordered 4 entrees (3 orders of wings and a burger with fries) and waited almost an hour despite the restaurant being borderline empty. When our food did come out, we were missing a whole order of wings and the burger looked like it had been sitting in the window for easily 20 minutes. The fries were old and cold. We had to take 2 meals to go because we showed up at 6:13 and didn't get food until 7:20. For the price, you'd at least expect the burger to be good...

To be honest, I too have gotten cold food or soon after being served because the A/C being on full blast cold food there! I'm not the kind of person to complain about much and to me it wasn't worth the stink, so next time I suggest sitting closer to the kitchen and see if the temp of the food improves! It's still an awesome place to get together with loved ones regardless of the condition of the food! Just sayin'.
You may want to relay ur message to the Manager on duty. And if u know the name of the server let them know
Ouch. Sounds like a hum dinger of a negative experience. If you go there for the wings, you may want to try Sportsmans at 1000 N Humphreys, they do a good wing.
All staff masked. Tables, etc cleaned after each customer. Place seemed aware
