Use to love coming here but food and service is awful. Waitress cleaned near by tables and totally ignored us for drink refills and food delivery. Bus boy was a better waiter than our actual waitress. Food was gross and hard. Never again.

Service was quick and friendly. Food was good. Just do not purchase gift cards from online! We did the $50 Mother's Day gift card promotion and the code disappeared from email, twice and the card was used in another state.

Why four stars? This is purely my personal opinion: the table was wobbly and I really don't like that. The food was good, nothing fantastic - again in my opinion. The portions were not equal to the price. I paid $10 for half a sandwich and the middle was ice cold. Tbh, I have never been a fan of Chili's. The restaurant was not crowded and appeared to be clean. Wow ! Very good food this was my first time eating at chilis and I was not disappointed, the food was delicious the service was outstanding even though they were very short staffed they did an amazing job I will be back to try their margaritas I've heard they're amazing and every single customer around ordered them
