The first thing that grabbed my attention was the wonderful way I was treated on the phone by the support person who was hailing from Philadelphia but could tell me all about the unit I was interested in here in Millis, Massachusetts. She even made the suggestion to pull the unit from the inventory to make sure no one got in ahead of me. I was able to rest assured that my choice was secure before going into the storage facility itself. Later that same day I proceeded to the brand new facility and was greeted by a very competent young man who processed my selection and took me right to the storage unit. It was a plus that I could access the unit with a code 24/7. I found a clean well secured and air conditioned unit to my liking. I was able to move in the same day as making the phone call. Great customer service.

I arrived at CubeSmart in millis Massachusetts around 11:30 a.m. drove around the entire gated facility and could not find my unit number which is supposed to be climate controlled finally find a door at the back of the office outside of the building that's open as well I don't know 30 units in it and bathrooms that only staff can access however the office is closed because it's Juneteenth and I realize that my email has a map of my storage unit so I download it and the directions are across the street in the climate control building so I get over here and I'm load all my stuff and go over to the door and you have to enter an access code my email provided me that access code put the access code into the keypad denied I called customer service she had me on the phone for a good 20 minutes with no resolve because they could not contact the store manager then I was told they were able to contact the general manager of this location and he was working on a temporary access code for me are you serious right now working on it and then they tell me there's nothing more they can do while I'm stuck outside with all of my belongings and nowhere to go I mean no way of getting to anywhere else until my stuff is stored 30 minutes later approximately I call them back because nobody's called me with a temporary access code yet and they finally give me an access code I just can't I am completely not satisfied with this facility at all they are not doing their best I originally rented this unit from this place because they advertise 24-hour access you can access your unit 24 hours a day and in the climate controlled unit you can only access your unit from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and I'm furious absolute false advertising lack of staff Google says on Sundays they're open till 3:00 they're only open until noon time why bother being open at all and are you really open because I've been calling from 10:00 a.m. till 11:30 and nobody answers the phone.
