Me my sister her boyfriend and my roommate have been using this facility for about 3yrs about 3months ago I went to get some of my stuff I had there and the man running the place was very rude and was harassing me because I couldn't remember which unit was ours so I drove down the wrong isle and he's asking me after the fact you have to enter a key code to even get in and if the storage unit is even mine and then a month later we hadn't paid the bill for a little longer than a few days and we couldn't even get access to the unit till it was paid poor customer service

As of 12-14-21 they don't answer the phone. You cannot leave a message. You cannot pay your bill online. There is no link that allows you to pay at the North Oroville location. It is getting very annoying.

No Staff at facility and left their lock on my unit so I'm unable to access to my storage I have to wait until next week sometime when the manager decides to come and unlock it
