Facility is useless. Smelly. There’s needs to be more access to buses. Buses are ALWAYS late. & when you try to get help everyone( Faculty) act like there is nothing to be done. On top of that Bus drivers are RUDE everyday. This place needs lots of improvement. I would like to see the director take the bus to work for a week. Let’s see how you do! If I could rate 0 I would .

These drivers really need to let go of their attitudes, especially when their asked a question about their route. Driver on the 5 e green through a fit when I asked her if she went somewhere. Another driver through a riders transfer in the ground and proceeded to just start going even though people were trying to catch him. The drivers are leaving several minutes sooner then they should causing people to miss them or run in traffic to catch them. Been a rider since '11 and even before that when I was a kid, this latest batch of drivers are as rude as the newest batch of young adults are dumb.

Depends on the route and different routes end at different times. Also routes last longer when University of Illinois students are in session versus when they're out. So what route can I help you with on time that it ends. Some of the routes end at11:45pm
