The wrong people in key positions! I worked one day and was being trained in the middle of me being trained the supervisor of finishing came up in the middle of me talking to my trainer and looked directly at us and said you can't talk and work at the same time with her hands clapping 👏👏 now I wasn't made aware that employees werent allowed to talk and work so how exactly are you supposed to learn if you can't talk ??? (Tina) was this manly lookin like a dude! 🤦‍♀️ supervisor's name I proceeded to finish my conversation and ask more questions but was angered at the lack of professionalism from the supervisor I left and filed a complaint with the HR the minute you walk through the door employees within talk about this supervisor you wonder why but i quickly learned why mack molding is always hiring 🤣 everything you read that's negative about mack molding is true Finishing is horrible!! it's 1 of the worst places that I've ever been employed and I will not recommend this company to anyone
