Lol I love laughing at triggered conservatives. What a bunch of babies. Anyway, Statesville is an okay city overall. There’s a lot of abandoned businesses, unfortunately. The people, despite not being far from Charlotte, can be super backwards and definitely aren’t ready to deal with LGBT people, non-Christians, immigrants, etc. Don’t be shocked to see dorks with their Trump flags waving around, instead of being adults and admit they lost. Also, don’t expect anyone to believe covid is real. This town has great restaurants. Too many grocery stores, but what shops are here, are good. It’s an alright place. Needs to get with the rest of the world though.

Statesville is a beautiful and welcoming city. I have enjoyed living here. Most of these reviews are mad about a business not following the city code and being held accountable for it and are not in the least accurate about the city. I bet those are the same people crying about "cancel culture" and here they are trying to cancel my city. People are upset because it is a US flag that this company uses for marketing purposes. It cannot be lowered to half mast when required due to being too large and it is also too large a size for the pole it is on which is a danger to the cars on the interstate. The owner has gotten a lot of free advertising over this issue and I have seen quite a few people who bought campers there because of it and they are very much regretting it now due to the owners very shady business practices. I am an avid camper and those of us familiar with his stores would never buy anything there no matter what type of flag he "uses" to sell campers. People who are accusing Statesville of being run by liberals have obviously never been here. That is so funny to those of us who know. It is near impossible for a democrat to win any election here from city council person all the way to president. I don't think Iredell County has gone D in any election since I have lived here. I wish it was different and maybe it will be someday but that day is not right now. Anyways, we have a cool downtown scene with multiple live music spots every weekend, great restaurants and fun events like Wine Walks, Pumpkin Fest, Beer Crawls and more. Hope to see you in Statesville after this pandemic is over. :)

The Ingles here in Statesville does not have proper cleaning cause the buggies are not wiped down like the food lion on 115 also these grocery stores need to consider all the vegetables exposed out not covered in the vegetables area think of how many hands and mouths have even touched any of this has anyone considered this as a major concerns at at all grocery stores
