Since when do “law and order” conservatives think it’s OK to flout a legally instituted ordinance? If you’re patriotic enough does that give you the right to break the law? They could have engaged in the political process, gotten the ordinance repealed , and then put up the flag but instead they decided to behave as if the law didn’t apply to them.
