Not too bad, took my son there about 11am on a Sunday, it was overcast and rained a little so the park was empty when we got there.

We took our Onewheels up to the park and enjoyed the metal ramps to make quick 180 turns on the slope to turn and come back down. Some challenging ramps and some easier spots make it great for a variety of skill levels.

It's being renovated. And is about to be one of the largest skatepark in NC! Talking to workers they expect to be done around November.
no vert just a 5 1/2 foot mini ramp with hip transfers, 1 of the transfers is into a bank
Yes, you can ride scooters, BMX bikes, Skateboards and Roller Blades.
Not that I know of. The park doesn't have an attendant and people seem to bring their own gear.
Not required (nobody to police any rules), but they can't hurt. My kid rides with knee pads and helmet
