Great location and decent enough apartments with quiet neighbors and residents. Pet friendly. Feel rents are high for the location and accessibility to Boston. Plenty of parking. Best of all is the management. In all my years of living around Boston , this is the best management I have stayed with. After living for 6 years we had to pay for an extra paint coat they had to do in kids room. Duh. Why can't you use good quality paint in the first place? Response to Response from the owner: I did contact Glen Meadow when we got this charge after we left. I was told that the extra charge is for second coat and I was presented with a picture of the wall as a proof.

We have a child with physical disabilities and chose Glen Meadow because the apartment was accessible to his needs. We had a positive experience here. The staff and administration has been eager to help us and our requests for maintenance etc. were responded to quickly.

Unfortunately none of the buildings have an elevator, but I believe all of the first floor apartments are ADA accessible if that’s what you’re looking for. All buildings are also only two floors.
1600? all I get from Social Security every month is 1600 what am I supposed to live on?
