Terrible. Stood at register waiting over 15mins for some one to take order juat to be told that they had no chicken tenders and no crispy chicken....at all.....and wait for it was going to be 15-20 mins. Then while we waited we noticed the lady putting together the meals was touching her hair and clothes then touching chicken with the same gloves on. We just left didn't bother ordering....

Ordered online a 3 piece chicken combo and a chicken pot pie, for quick pick up. Drove to this KFC location after ordering, online receipt indicated everything would be ready in 15 min. Walked in and order was in quick pick up shelf location in lobby area. With the 3 piece combo, it came with a drink, but it wasn't on the shelf. Asked for a cup from the cashier and filled it up at the soda machine. Wasn't sure if buttery/honey syrup packets were in the box or not, so I requested a few more. There were some in the box that I found when I got back to hotel room. Also picked up some additional napkins, salt and pepper packets before leaving. Both entrees were well prepared and tasty. Would order online again in the future.

We just came though town and didn’t have much time so went through the drive thru. Sherrie took our order and we were so impressed with how very friendly she was!! Our order was fast and The food was great !!!!

Dined in. . Fast service . . Just that the tables were not clean. . About 5 min in the lady came to clean tables so looks like they clean up after all. . Drive through line was super long. . Gd thing we ate in.
