This place is absolutely disgusting! spend a couple extra dollars and avoid the troubles this place is going to put you through. Not only were there bugs, but there was hair in the sink and bed, and fingerprints on the mirror. After trying to resolve this in a friendly manner with the "manager" he got aggressive and claimed "we were wrong." so he refused to refund us, and refused to help us get a different room. Super gross. I guess he didn't realize that because they're in the wrong, i'll get my money back one way or another.

First let me say the staff was pretty awesome. Very helpful and courteous. We had a decent room, or so I thought at first. It seemed clean and fairly comfy for the price. The maintenance guy had to come fix the tv - no problem. Then I noticed that nothing was plugged in. The lights weren’t plugged in, the ac was turned off, one of the sets of outlets near the desk looked a little scary. There was a fine layer of dust on the appliances and the clock radio (which was also unplugged). The washcloths looked like something I would use as a rag. The shower was…. Well let’s just say no pressure and it never warmed up after five minutes, so I never took a shower. Carpeting was worn and torn and the bed was “squishy”. We had stayed at this same place several years ago and it has fallen hard.

Good location, nice rooms. Room service woke us up this morning by BANGING on our door. My husband shouted “HANG ON!!” 3 times because they continued to bang on the door and neither of us were dressed. She tried to physically push the door open when we didn’t open the door ourselves and my husband had to lunge over and push it back closed because, again, we were not dressed. Which he shouted through the door before she banged on it yet again. We didn’t order room service.

Didn't expect too much for that pricetag, the stay was alright. Rooms were comfortable, would need some maintenance for sure. Lights were shining from street into the room, couldn't get it absolutely dark inside. Parking was good. Breakfast was pretty much pancakes and coffee, but those were alright. Staff was friendly. Would recommend for a one-night-stay.
