Place is pretty dirty with a lot of outdated equipment. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is for the staff as they were super helpful and actually help people on their fitness journey. It would be a really nice gym if they invested more into updating their facility

Oh man i regret the day i get a membership on fitness connection they take money out of me like they own my account and when i cancel the membership i have to pay almost $100 to cancelled crazy

Absolutely horrible management, apparently the payment for my membership wasn't going through (for only one month keep in mind) and now I owe over 80 dollars? The manager is trying to preach about my credit score to me like I intentionally accumulated those fees. Then after me and my friend who also pays for a membership discussed me paying it off another time the manager denied us entry and kicked us out because I "owe him 80 dollars' absolutely disgusting.

They're closed Christmas day
We have many great amenities to offer, including a hot sauna and Kids Club, however we don't have a bowling alley at our gyms.
Just go talk to someone at the front desk. They are usually happy to help.
If I remember correctly it's 1000 p.m., 1 hour before closing.

Management is unprofessional and don't care about the members concerns. Last time I was here I wanted to talk to the manager about updating my credit card but he was busy talking to the staff. I told the lady in the front desk to update but she said the manager needs to update. So I came for the 3rd time and the manager was busy again!! I saw him talking to the staff. To busy for fitness connection members smh. So I waited for him to tell me that I need to pay a late fee. I told him I been trying to update my card but he was to busy. But I'm getting the blame and had to pay more than my 19.99 monthly fee. He wouldn't understand that I was trying to update but he was to busy. When I ask to talk to his DM he wouldn't give me the # so he gave me the customers service #. I wanted to put a formal complaint but they wouldn't allowed me to do it. I been coming to Fitness connection for 4years never had a manager be so unprofessional. I'm taking my business somewhere else. Northlake facility
