Management is unprofessional and don't care about the members concerns. Last time I was here I wanted to talk to the manager about updating my credit card but he was busy talking to the staff. I told the lady in the front desk to update but she said the manager needs to update. So I came for the 3rd time and the manager was busy again!! I saw him talking to the staff. To busy for fitness connection members smh. So I waited for him to tell me that I need to pay a late fee. I told him I been trying to update my card but he was to busy. But I'm getting the blame and had to pay more than my 19.99 monthly fee. He wouldn't understand that I was trying to update but he was to busy. When I ask to talk to his DM he wouldn't give me the # so he gave me the customers service #. I wanted to put a formal complaint but they wouldn't allowed me to do it. I been coming to Fitness connection for 4years never had a manager be so unprofessional. I'm taking my business somewhere else. Northlake facility
It varies by day and time of year.. it's actually mostly during the day. Evenings are generally blocked. I believe after 5 it is typically locked. Occasionally they have extended hours, but they do post it on the door.
Most evenings it's open, they do have blocked time for volleyball. My suggestion would be to call to get the exact hours.
