I just got my bike tuned up, i had put it through hell. I ride every day and it is my means of transportation. Now it is better than new. Very happy. I brought by bike in and they did a through inspection, told me what was needed, what it would cost, why i needed things and when i should bring it in and when i would get it back. Wonderfully professional, very thoughtful and understanding of what i needed. Then they proceeded to do an exceptional job in half the time they said they would. I have gone to all of the bike shops in Montclair with varying experiences from good to poor — only Diamond Cycle has exceed my expectations every time. Today I went to Diamond Cycle to get information on purchasing a new bicycle. I was looking to get a hybrid/road bike. The owner was very helpful. He advised me to review their website because there were many bikes available that were not in the store. We discussed some possible models that would fit my needs. We also discussed electric bikes. The owner was very knowledgeable about bikes and was very patient to answer any questions. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is in the market to buy a bike. The shop also offers maintenance on any bikes they sell.

This is best bike shop in new jersey. The staff is great and helpful. i got bike roof rack installed and got great mountain bike. Every time i need adjustments on bike they help me . plus if i have questions
