Went in too a long time but they were very nice informative and caring. Once it’s your turn everything moves fast. You have two options depending on how far long pill or surgery. I chose surgery and I had no pain and went to sleep fast. The anesthesia has you woozy but other than that I’m glad I chose them better than planned parenthood. Hope this helps another woman faced with a difficult decision.

Yes, Pilgrim Medical Center does perform terminations at 18 weeks. When you come in for your appointment, you will have an ultrasound done as well as blood work and a thourough medical history. A doctor will review all of your results and you can discuss your options at that point with him as well as with a counselor. The decision is ultimately yours and yours alone.

We offer both the abortion pill as well surgical abortions. During your appointment, you will be seen and assessed by a doctor who will also go through your medical history and together you will decide which option is best for you.
