The stuff are so professional, attentive & patient with small children. The gave their undivided attention to my toddler who wasn't happy about getting her first hair cut. Friendly staff, Filomena took care of our kid very patiently. It's not easy to cut kids hair, they constantly moves and jumps. Place was very clean. There are various cars/train/trucks chairs for kids, they love them. On TV all fun cartoons they play for kids which makes them calm. Stacey was patient with my 3yr old. He has Special Needs and getting haircut can be stressful for all involved. My husband and I both go each time. My only concern was the technique they used to cut a Black child hair was not the best. But it was easy to pay with a debit card and we tipped. I loved that I could make an appointment online and then just walk in at that time.

Yes you need an appointment. Its relatively cheap. It's a great place to take your kid to get their haircut. They also can handle kids with sensory issues quite well. My son has sensory issues and they cut his hair without any problems.
