Asian guy at reception doesn't have good customer service skills, very straight forward with no conversation, no greeting or thanks for coming... Technician older Caucasian guy was excellent in that he pin-pointed an issue in my vehicle that needed repair. Thanks a bunch for going above and beyond. In and out in 14 minutes, which was nice. Don't forget your $10 online coupon.
