Wow, I was never more impressed by how Hector handled an issue. I mean, of course, at some point, all machines are going to break down. My car didn't get rinsed off very well, so, instead of just giving me a free car wash card, he had me pull in close and he and the crew rinsed my car down by hand (while the others were taking car of another issue with the drive-in ticket stalls.) I mean, these are young adult kids running the place, but doing it like real professionals. Bravo Gilly's!

I go there at least twice a week to wash my car and I have only seen somebody washing their dog once in nearly a year
I love it. It's cheaper than taking them to get groomed and so much easier than bathing them at home.
