Dropped my ring off for a simple band repair. When I went to pick it up it had a huge chip out of it and they gave it back to me in a bag and didn’t mention the damage. I had to be the one to point it out. They then said they would find a replacement stone. It took more than a month and stone they replaced my ring with has huge chunks out of it. Looks NOTHING like the original ring I dropped. They then took took zero responsibility trying to make it right. I really like to support local but Old Gold Jewerlry you really messed up and I will not be recommending you to anybody. Terrible customer service. Do not take your repairs here.
