I have had my unlimited pass for $29.99 on and off since September 2020. I loved the idea that I can go through the car wash any time I wanted. Its such a great idea. I love that they offer the vacuums and spray hoses to clean up your car after its washed up. So...I will say I am giving them 2 stars because lately when I go through the car wash, half of my car is still extremely dirty. The car wash will only scrub half my car and completely misses the entire back. I end up having to go back through the wash cycle twice and still having the same results. It wasn't like this before but for some reason the last 6 times I've went I've had issues. I've tried both locations here in Chico. Both have left my car dirty after the first wash. The staff are always friendly and I do love that.

Spent $20 on a car wash today and still have bird poop on the top of my car and back window.... Very disappointed Update: thanks for taking care of my complaints promptly

I have automatic payments come out of my account of $19 for unlimited wash. This month I guess it did not come out. I was charged $15 for one car wash. I thought I got it cheaper because I was like 2 weeks in the month ready. A week later I was charged again $19 for an unlimited monthly wash which I thought I paid for the first time. With some misunderstanding they should have honored me being a regular customer and maybe just charged me $4 on top of the $15 to finish out the rest of the month. They even looked back on my payment history and noticed I get charged monthly $19. That was just a little frustrating to me.

It's an okay wash, but the bonus is the free vacuuming! So you give up a little on the wash itself, but you save quite a few quarters vacuuming. Oh, and there is also an air hose at each station!
