When I lived there it literally had a swat raid the ghetto. After I signed off on a lease because I couldn't take it any longer they still tried to stick me with a bill for non payment in an apartment I had not lived in for a year

Want a nice place to live? This is not it. Want a decent place to live? This is not it either. As you can see by the photos it is a wreck. The trash is like this 99% of the time. It's disgusting. Want to swim? Can't do that either, DHEC has shut down the pool and it is dark green most of the time when it is open anyway. Want maintenance to fix the black mold in your closet from a leak that is not your fault? Give them 4-5 months. After several visits from maintenance and them saying "we will be back in a minute, just getting the tools we need" and never coming back. It took me threatening to call the health department to get them to "fix it", now they have just left a hole in the wall as seen in the photos. AC broke in the summer making the apartment 89 degrees inside. Took a week to fix that too. Will not answer the phone or respond to maintenance requests. After it took a week to fix the AC I received no apology, no compensation for the hotel I had to stay in just to get some sleep. All this for the small price of $1700+ that sure is some luxury! Oh yeah, cabinets also scrape the ceiling, and the dishwasher is not level and scrapes the wall.

It's a luxury apartment complex. Definitely not a low income apartment complex. The apartment complex is older, but you will pay 1700.00 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment. Somehow I don't think that's a low income apartment complex.
