I went with my daughter and son-in-law. she said they got approved and I think they were told by October they will be done because they are having land clear. But it's worth it. It may not take that long if land is clear. This is a great place to buy from because they work really hard to get the best options. I hope this helps
We hire subcontractors who install the brick underpinning on our homes. Currently (6-29-22)they only have enough brick for the homes we have sold. Sorry.
