Indoor dining is most definitely open!
The last time I was there, they were available. It's been a while though.
Breakfast ends at 10:30, but sometimes they have some breakfast leftover that they serve past 10:30.
She might not have known this, but the free milkshake was actually only for the Vannilla, Choc, Cookie, or strawberry milkshake. I'm sure if you called and told them your issue they could help you out.
