After a lengthy search for storage facilities, I came across Storage of America, which felt welcoming from the start. Without a doubt, the customer service is excellent, and the manager was very polite. What I liked best is that for a storage facility with no space for an 18-wheeler, the manager was able to clear some space and accommodate me at a very reasonable price. Finally, they exceeded all expectations, and I will gladly return.
