If I could put no stars I would. Worst customer service ever!! Went in the store to disconnect my iPad since I called the 1800 number and they told me to go into a store. When I first walked into the store they told me that they couldn’t help me. I then stated that I was told to come into the store. They decided then to try to pull up my account. After calling the 1800 number together, she told me I was rude because she told me to lie to the person on the phone. She then got in my face while I’m 8 months pregnant. Tried snatching my phone. The manager then intervened because she went outside to grab her. The manager not once asked me (the customer) what was going on or anything. The person that I was speaking to on the phone stated that he could actually help me so I left. This store is unprofessional and the workers are very rude and argumentative. My husband went back into the store to ask for the names of the people working and was told that they are calling the police because we were being irate. When in fact it was the employees of the store. I will never go back to Verizon for this reason.

Worst store every, very unorganized, rude, they don't even know what they are talking about. I was able to call Verizon and have my problem solved. Also Verizon doesn't have 5G in Savannah but you will be charged for it. Just stay away from anything Verizon.
