Came in with my family, got sat down then nobody ever came for our drink order. Waited 20+ minutes then left. Ridiculous

I had high hopes after walking into this restaurant, it’s a really cool place! But our service and food left lots to be desired…. It took so long to order and receive our food, not only that but most of our orders were wrong! I honestly didn’t think it was even good either. There was no shortage of staff working, and not many diners, yet we found ourselves wondering where our server was and why he was taking so long. We also witnessed many employees just hanging around laughing and on their phones instead of working, I even saw a two go into a secluded booth to cuddle…. Really unprofessional, don’t think I will be returning.

Questions & Answers

Hey just called to place an order and you guys said you weren't taking orders. Yet, Google says you guys don't close till 11. So I guess my questions is why couldn't you take our order? We weren't asking for delivery.

Hello Macy. The Bar stays open until 11 or later during the week. To go is done earlier. We do keep the kitchen open an extra hour after dine in for the bar.
