CAUTION !!!! If you have an agreement with this auction house, be SURE to get it in writing. I learned the hard way a verbal agreement or promise is meaningless. Will find another auction to spend my money. Edit........ Your response is inaccurate. I explained that after bidding I realized I would be out of town past the pick up date and told you what date we would return.I even offered to leave boxes with my name on them to place the lots in if I won them.Your exact words were "that's fine, you are good"when I came to pick up my lots you said they were"donated" , but failed to specify to whom they were "donated",. But it is water under the bridge. I learned my lesson.

this company will take your money and not ship the item to you . they are scammers. would never do business with them again
