The driver instructor lady is horrible. She was so rude and mumbled under her breathe behind a mask the whole time and asked me to do things that weren’t even on the practice test website. When I asked her to repeat what she said she literally got angry 😠 I’ve never been so humiliated in my life. I would really like to know the percentage rate of people that actually pass at this location. She isn’t the right person for this job no people skills at all. If you can’t talk to people how are you a driver instructor??? SCDMV please pay attention to this location and employee because this shouldn’t be the happening I’m fine with failing a test if I did things improper but how do you fail someone when your instructor isn’t even clear in the instructions of what to do. Park on a hill in the middle of the road ?? Really oh and what did that sign say a mile ago down the road like really I read signs but since that sign I had seen three…..

Not sure if you need an appointment. I had one and waited less than 15 minutes. Worth the 20 minute drive from my house.
You can also go online to the website and set up an appointment that way. That's what the lady at the DMV told me to do on Monday.

You have exactly 30days to get it in your name and insured and tagged after that amount of time if you get stopped you can pay a fine up to 500$ in fees. The idea is that when you buy a car. That you put insurance on it temporarily just in case and that the title is signed to you and dated. 30days from.saturday is next month saturday but it needs to be taking care of and not a maybe get it.
Im unsure to the question but by meaning if a title renewal just print one or new seal on your driver license could be issued through dmv. Maybe Real ID is what your meaning and will require all the paperwork for passport, SS#, and etc to whatever is needed for it. Your local DMV will tell you. (If they tell you)
There isnt a limit on the car driver license. But if you fail the motorcycle test 3 times in any state you cant get your motorcycle license in that state.
