They've always cared for me and my family very very well

Had plenty of visits to many other medical centers. All terrible experiences except for one main hospital, a primary care in Aiken. And here. This place has helped me out so much and they are all very polite. Very understanding. All except for just one nurse that was very rude. And that was only for my most recent visit. Otherwise I love this facility and their people. It's one of the few good medical facilities like Prisma. Or Clyburns and despite this facility being a primary care. If I have an immediate emergency they take me the same day.
Florian is so cool
Horrible. Wish there was an option to rate worse than one star. Went there yesterday, we were seen quick; but we waited for two hours inside one of the medical rooms before a doctor finally arrived. She came in five minutes before closing, quickly diagnosed us with bronchitis before rushing us out the door. The nurses were rude. I called this morning to ask for a school note, and 10 minutes before closing, they have not called back.

Visted on7-9 with my left foot. When I arrived there were 3 ppl in waiting area. 1 was me and the other lady was waiting on someone. The other lady got up and walked out before being called back. That should of been my first clue. I get called back put in a room and waited over an hour. Finally, I opened the door and ask did they forget about me? No we haven’t was the reply. I waited another 45 mins and got up and walked out. They better not charge my insurance either. Why couldn’t the nurse step in and check on you and say we haven’t forgot about you. Hope no one dies waiting to see a Dr. there. It could be hrs before they check on you!!

No not at all. The UC is doing everything the same except they are adding appointments. Eventually there will be a nurse practitioner that will see patients by appointment foe things like blood pressure ans diabetes.
The doctors and nurse practitioners vary daily in the UC. The family medicine office has Dr Elean Leaphart, Dr Hossler, Dr Marcia Taylor, and Virginia Summerall NP.
