I am a customer more for their outdoor and hunting department. Very good prices. They are way better than Academy or Cabela's because they actually know what they are talking about and live in the outdoor lifestyle. Casey and Tyler are very knowledgeable. As for the hardware and lumber store, someone is always close by if you need help, everything is clean and orderly, and the prices are about the same as the big chains. I love being treated like a person and I get it here

DONOT BUY from Culpepper Lumber. I bought Ego electric lawn mower 2 days ago and it was defective. Caitlyn (Manager) said they are not responsible for it and i have to call Ego customer service. She said they don't take returns or exchanges if it's defective. Now why would i return it if it works? If i have to call manufacturer, why would i purchase the item from a local store? Now i am stuck with this mower that doesn't work since i still haven't been able to contact Ego. Hope you all can learn from my experience and make better chocies.
