Parking always clean Pools always clean Everything is always clean outside Whenever I need anything that needs to be fixed in my apartment they take car of it as soon as possible

this place is wonderful a family atmosphere in the office they are very nice people, the maintenance people are always available to help. the best they speak Spanish ☺️

I took a tour recently and the staff was super professional. I had tried to reach staff previously, but there was no follow up. Shannon called me out of the blue to come and tour a unit. Diana toured me, it was a great experience.

Can management please have rules for smokers?? I cant even have my windows open downstairs and upstairs always smelling like cigarrates specially if my kids have to be smelling tht

I agree!!! Have you gone to management? Maybe start a petition or go to the city... I think you arent allowed by law to smoke that close to doorways of residental or business places in CA...

Hello! I was looking into apartments here and was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to let me know what the area is like? General feel? Safety? Pet friendly (cats or dogs)? As well as, if you feel like it would accommodate a college student?

These apartments are pet friendly, they even have a little area for them to hang out. I've seen alot of diff people in these apartments, from single people, families, couples. It use to be a shifty complex but they have cleaned it up ALOT, the insides are completely redone, and they are still renovating the surrounding area. It's worth a look. I'm a single gal living here and I feel totally safe honestly😊 Good luck out there!
