I've recently had two instances of needing maintenance work on my apartment. My refrigerator broke down 2 weeks ago, within 2 hrs a substitute was installed. This week my shower head broke. There was another issue with my door latch plate also, when I got home frome work at 5 after calling at 7:45 in the morning both problems were fixed. Thank you Kathleen and Bobby! My friend just moved in here...55 + and gated for residdents and guests...if given only one word to describe the grounds from outside in it would be Darling. The grass and colorfilled plants to the trees made me take an interest in Courts community. Its full of life being lived. Activites are evident by the many i spoke too.. the apartments are wonderfully kept and the wood floors are original in my friends. Oh yes...i met the ladies who oversee the day to day..kathleen is so active with the residents and bingo and kareokee every week allows for fellowship in our aging population i dont see much of anymore. And the other lady is so good to me as a helper to my friend...our pups have playdates weekly.. im never feeling like i dont belong either. I just turned 55 ....application is on its way.. any population aging is our greatest history teachers and this place tends to their teachers..metaphor of course. Happy Summer
