We took our Kia to this shop because it was the closest to where our car was having issues. It’s been 3 weeks and we’ve tried several times to contact the number given on the website to find out the status of our car. Every time we call, the the phone says due to some difficulties they can’t get to the phone. I’ve emailed them n messaged them n still no answer. They were good at first but now there’s no answer still. Someone who lives in that area, can you please let us know if superior Kia will is still open? Thanks. We left our car there July 28 till now Aug23.

No one answers the phone, they'll let you drive all the way up there to tell you they don't work on a car they sold you while they sit in the office.

Hi! At Superior Kia, surfaces are wiped down in all traffic areas. Vehicles are prepared prior to test drives or/and deliveries. Entry doors doors are sanitized regularly. Hand sanitizer is available at multiple locations around the dealership. New masks are available to anyone that does not have one. Service appointments are staggered to try and prevent crowding in the waiting area. At the cashier's window, all pens and counter are cleaned after each transaction.
The best way to check is to go on to Google type in your year make and model recalls, in the search box . It will let you know.
That is superior kia they also do all our oil changes and they will do all tire replacement and brake work they also treat my wife and children great they are the best
