Between them and fedex no ones willing to help me with a car part they broke. I had insurance on my crank shaft just in case and well it was broken apparently beyond repair. Instead of them taking responsibility or fedex taking responsibility we have been getting gaslighted and rug swept. They did a pathetic guesstimate on the part instead of asking us what the part was worth or doing research. The part is worth between 400 to 500 dollars they stated its worth only 100.00. Sent me a check for a refund on the shipping and insurance to make it voided. And my part was disposed of now i have no car part. No replacement part and two companies acting like toddlers instead of making this right trying to blame the other company this has gone over a month with no resolution other then trying to scam me. Now i have to get a lawyer because they refuse to replace the part for what its actually worth. Meanwhile i have no vehicle and have lost my job due to no transportation. They were so lazy they couldnt even write the get rid of me check all the way. DONT DO YOUR BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR FEDEX THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND I HAVE YET BEGUN TO FIGHT.

❌The lady who receives the packages is very rude, also she does not scan and when you ask for the receipt she gets upset. Before when the Venezuelan was there, the attention was much better‼ ️ Now these two women are very rude. They should change their attitude, if they don't lose customers, because of bad manners If you look at the previous comments, it is two months ago. When the Venezuelan was, but now I change my attention and manners. It sucks to go there.
