Guillermo Narvarte NEGOTIATED MY MEDICAL ATTENTION, THE REASON WAS THAT I REFUSED TO GIVE MY SOCIAL SECURITY THING THAT IS FORBIDDEN, ONLY FEDERAL AGENCIES CAN ACCESS YOUR EDENTITY, THIS HAS BUSINESS WITH THE QUEST COMPANY WHICH IT DEMANDS IT !!!

I was attended by Dr Guillermo and he was very professional and took care of all my problems. Everywhere when filling out a form they ask for the SS. It is not mandatory to give it.
